Yesterday my beloved Grandmother Mary Elizabeth celebrated her 94th birthday and my other grandparents celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary! As you can see, June 25th is a special day in our family. Last night mom threw a dinner party for ME and the guest list was a hoot. She had all of her family there but then extended the invitation to all of her weekly friends...massage therapist Barbara and hairdressers, all three of them...check. Even her former hairdresser, Jeff, surprised her and it just tickled her to death.

Longevity is a blessing and my grandparents have it - I do hope to inherit it.
