This week has been nuts! Work has picked up over night and I am trying to psyche myself up for the 4 to 5 day work week transition...which luckily starts next week. It's going to be hard, but I must press on. I'm taking a road trip to Charlotte with Meghan this weekend and I have a list a mile long of things to do before tomorrow. At the top of my list is to visit Sister and Sally Kate...WHO I HAVE NOT SEEN IN ONE WEEK!! That will be tonight's activity - along with working late, laundry, packing, etc. whew.
Rian has been admitted to the hospital to monitor her and the babies. Everyone is doing just fine. I went and sat with her yesterday evening while her husband was working late. One of our most favorite things is a little get together we like to have called "dessert in the nursery." It started after Sally Kate was born and we would all get together while Sally Kate was eating and share a yummy dessert {usually from Food Glorious Food} and coffee - decaf for the mommies, regular for Aunt Sister. Well last night we had "dessert in...the hospital room" which doesn't sound as pretty but I will assure you it's just as good. Rian and I split a delicious coffee mousse of some sort with a butter toffee crust and we had the best time talking and sharing stories. I do believe Carson, Hadley and Reese enjoyed the dessert too! When the time finally comes for them to grace the world with their presence I just hope their Aunt Sister is in town :)

And hilarious about Lacy's dress in our wedding. I wonder what Holly T had to say... Jodi made them! :-)And I loved them... at the time.
