cuba VII: sunday service at its best

I don't know about you, but I love going to church services outside. There's nothing like being surrounded by God's beauty first hand. It's even better when you're in a foreign country. One that is so oppressed but the people have the love of Jesus Christ which outshines any poverty or unruly government.

Sunday was also our last day in the country. After a delicious lunch prepared by the ladies of the church and another dance party {of course!} we left on the Coaster and headed west for Havana.

On the way we stopped in Matanzas to see the seminary that overlooks the gorgeous Matanzas Bay.

at the service they asked a member of our team to come forward and talk about our church st. peters. matt amazed us with a 10 minute fluent spanish presentation! we're sending it in for his AP oral test!
